To be included in the Safe2Shop Approved Merchants Listing, a supplier will have firstly made a committment to operate in full accordance with the Safe2Shop Merchant's Code of Practice. After providing all necessary registration details and having passed the Safe2Shop Vetting Process, only then will they be allowed to display the Safe2Shop Seal of Approval on their web site. A vital part of that process is that the Merchant agrees to abide by the findings of the Safe2Shop Independent Complaints Panel who act as arbitrators in the case of any User complaint.

When visiting an Approved site you merely have to mouse over the Seal to be immediately presented with full independently verified details of the site - owner's full name / company title - full physical address - landline telephone number - contact name and email address - Safe2Shop Users' current rating of Quality of Service provided by that Merchant - a means of raising a complaint concerning that Merchant through Safe2Shop should this ever be necessary.
